This model carries the HY-GEN hygiene label and thus offers ideal conditions for thorough cleaning by hand and also fully automatically.
HY-GEN flake ice machines from MAJA are designed to enable the production of flake ice under particularly hygienic conditions. The core element is the evaporator tray, which can be removed in a few simple steps and is designed to be thoroughly cleaned with minimum effort.
In addition, the evaporator is free of fixed built-in parts, so that nothing stands in the way of thorough cleaning.
For water supply, MAJA relies on DVGW-compliant technology.
Cleaning is even more convenient, faster and safer if the ice maker is equipped with Maja-SCS, the patented fully automatic evaporator self-cleaning system.
